For access and information on our upcoming track days you must become an HD Auto member and complete an induction day on our Club Circuit first.

In order to completely understand our health and safety expectations, a good comprehension of the English language is required for all HD Auto participants. This includes recognising signage, following directions from staff and understanding briefings that outline potential hazards and safety measures.
Please make it known to our staff members if you are struggling to understand procedures.
Once you are an HD Auto member, you will be sent an email to notify you of each upcoming HD Auto track day. Click the link in this email to book your spot in the upcoming HD Auto track day.
If you are bringing a convertible to any of our HD Auto / Full Throttle track days, please ensure that it is properly fitted with a factory or after-market roll over hoop. Any convertible vehicles without a rollover hoop will be refused track access.

Firstly, you need to sign up as a member on our website. You will then receive a welcome email to the membership which will contain a private link to the website calendar of the HD Auto days for upcoming Track Days – the cost is a one-off $50 fee to join the membership.
No, when you first join HD Auto you will need to complete an induction on the Club Circuit which consists of an extended briefing on racing, braking and acceleration lines, this will prepare you for the national track.
No, it is a Track Day for car enthusiasts to get their car out on the track. We have separate dedicated Race Car Test Days available to book.
Yes, if you would like to drive in a slower/faster group on the day just speak to our Track Controller. If groups aren’t full, then they will get this sorted for you.
If the weather is unsafe to drive in, we will postpone/cancel the Track Day. We will then work to reschedule you for the next available date. Alternatively, we will provide you with a voucher to use for your next track day. Should you decide not to attend, you must provide us with at least 48h notice to be eligible for a reschedule.
No, you cannot take passengers.
Yes, you can. The additional driver MUST be an HD Auto Member. The additional driver is to be in the same speed group and must be using the same car as yourself.
e.g. Same wristband, same car, same speed group.
Minimum of a valid New Zealand restricted drivers' licence (either restricted or full licence).
If your car has a roll cage, you must also provide a log book. We also accept MSNZ licences.
