Hone your skidding skills and get sideways in your own car on our Wet Skid Pan! You are guaranteed 3 x 3-minute runs on the skid pan but where numbers allow, you will have unlimited access throughout the session.

Things you need to know
Safety
Helmets are required
Neck restraints are required. The neck restraint worn is dependent on seatbelt type in your vehicle e.g. an FHR for a 4-point harness or higher vehicle.
Drivers must hold a NZ restricted licence or higher. Please ensure you bring your license with you on the day! Only physical licenses will be accepted
Passengers are allowed
We have a zero tolerance to alcohol on all self drive activities

Helmets are available for hire for $20 (subject to availability)
*Although you may comply with the age and height restrictions above, you must have the ability to fully control the Kart. - as everyone carries their height differently. Some customers may be required to prove they can control the kart in our test go kart prior to departure. Final decision will be made by our Go Kart team.

Can I take passengers?
Yes, you are able to take passengers, we allow one passenger per door. I.e. 4 door car means 1x driver and a maximum of 3 passengers.
- Passengers 16 years and under are FREE
- All passengers over the age of 16 will incur a $15 fee each on the day of your session
What safety gear do I need?
You only need a helmet, FHR for a 4-point harness and closed in shoes.
How long is 1 session and how much is it per session?
One session is an hour long and we allow up to 8 cars per session. It is $69 per session.
How much does it cost for passengers?
- Passengers 16 years and under are FREE
- All passengers over the age of 16 will incur a $15 fee each on the day of your session
What licence do I need?
You must have a minimum of a valid New Zealand restricted licence (Restricted or full licence). Please remember to bring this on the day with you as we check them.
Does my car need a current WOF/Registration?
No, your car is able to go on the Wet Skid Pan without either of these.
